Daily minyanim in Budapest

We are sorry to inform you that in the Pesti Shul we have so far regular minyan only on Shabbat morning, with the exception of the shabbatonim, holidays, as well as a few special occasions. These can be found among our programs.

Nevertheless, there are approximately twenty synagogues in Budapest having a service on Friday nights and / or Shabes mornings. Yet, not all of them are conform to orthodox halachic requirements. The following places, however, have daily minyanim, and can be recommended to anybody (the time of the joined mincha-mariv services always depend on sunset):

VII. Kazinczy utca 27-29. (Dob utca 35.)(main orthodox synagogue and beit midrash, Shacharith at 7.00)
VI. Dessewffy utca 23. (Shachrith at 6.45, on Sunday at 7.00)
VI. Vasvári Pál utca 5. (Chabad) (Shachrit at 8.00)

Saturday morning, you are very welcome to the Pesti Shul located at XIII. Visegrádi street 3. If you plan to come, please drop us an email, so that we can count on you, and we can also share some more information with you. If you are looking for a minyen at another point of the town, we can still help you.
