7.30: Morning service, followed by a shiur on the text of the kinot by rav Jeshayahu Balogh,a modern orthodox rabbi from Germany (in Hungarian).
13.30: Mincha service
20.42: End of the fast in Budapest.
August 13, Shabbat German shabaton: following the morning service and the kiddush, lunch at 12.00. Then, at 13.30, lecture of Gabor Balazs on the German neo-orthodoxy. Please, sign up for lunch.
August 11, Thursday19.00: Andrea Sturovics: Midrash -- The rules of rabbinic exegesis (explanations on the Book of Genesis)
August 9, Tuesday11.00: The members of the Rosh Chodesh Club visit the elderly people in the Alma utca Home, in order to survey how we could help the ladies there.

You can study with our educators about topics that you choose, in a small group or in a study pair.

Presently running topics include rabbinic hemeneutics, the Taryag mitsvot, responsa literature on conversion, the text and commentaries of the Pesach Haggada, Arts and Halacha, the role of women, religion and society in Israel, as well as the melodies of the Torah reading and of the Haftaroth.
